RECEPTIONIST AND ADMINISTRATOR
Airline Flight Academy, flight training partner for several airline clients including Ryanair and Lauda Europe are currently seeking a Receptionist to come onboard. This role will be based at our new training centre in Woodford Aviation Park, Santry, Dublin.

The Role
This position will offer candidates the opportunity to progress their career in a dynamic and challenging aviation environment. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the management of our ‘Front of House’ operations and different training admin functions.
Duties

Act as first point of contact for all visitors to the centre. Ensuring that all guests are greeted and directed to appropriate person or location.

Coordination of meetings and bookings to ensure that customers have the appropriate facilitates and equipment.

Provide basic and accurate information to customers in person and via phone/ email regarding the Sim Centre, bookings and facilities

Regular monitoring of facilities and office equipment to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.

Coordinate incoming mail, courier mail, deliveries and co-mail;

Management of all Front Desk duties and associated admin tasks.

Auditing of office supplied and order stock as required.

Provide support to Customer Service and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.

Other ad hoc duties as requested.

Requirements

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience of working in a position where a high level of customer service is required.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

solid written and verbal communication skills

A good eye for detail and a desire to take responsibility, through to resolution, for issues and concerns generated by our customers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

Professional attitude and appearance.
